Club Wyndham Kingsgate Hotel - Williamsburg

Our family had a blast with the indoor pool, free arcade games, and movie theater. The heated outdoor pool was a great way to unwind. Plus, mini-golf was a family favorite !

The total stay was such wonderful on vacation. Units on the second level. The staff were hospitable, helpful.

I appreciated the place, everything was great. I had apartment that also was complete with 2 bedrooms and washer/dryer, for example. The best thing was how accommodating the staff were. The location was amazing because it was near Busch Gardens, Water Country, and the cove.

All fine, but noisy staff.

The amenities, especially the heated outdoor pool and game room, provided great entertainment. We encountered some issues with check-in communication, which could be improved, as we were not informed about the water shortage in our unit. It's a good spot for family visits.

Great place to stay

The first floor accommodations as requested for my elderly mother in law.

We checked in the might before Thanksgiving the sole purpose of requesting a 2 bedrolm unit with a full kitchen girl our party it six. The desk clerk offered to split us up o. two units with half kitchen and then offered a refund.. I was offended. We made reservations in advance fir this too and to be offered less was quite offensive.

The Wyndham Kingsgate was great. We had a two bedroom condo, with plenty of room and a large balcony. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The amenities were great for the kids - pool, arcade, and putt-putt golf. The location was close to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and within driving distance for a day trip to Virginia Beach. We asked to be in a room near our cousins, and were put in the same unit, which was very convenient.

There was confusion with the reservations, when I called to ask to get a room close to my cousins' room, two days before the trip, I was told I did not have a reservation. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with about six phone calls to get everything straightened out.

It had several activities for the kids.

The staff was not welcoming. The place is not accomodating. Very small pool and facilities for the number of units. Inconvenient not haveing a convenience store or sundry on the property. The restaurant is terrible.

Disapointed that we had to leave 1 day early because of storm sandy and could not get a 1 day refund.

The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were sparkling and perfect for endless splashes! I absolutely loved the BBQ facilities-they made our family picnic under the sun feel like a dream. Plus, the spacious one-bedroom apartment was a cozy retreat after our adventures, equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay!

The decor beautifully embodies the region's Colonial spirit, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The lovely landscaping and well-maintained grounds also provided a comfortable and senior-friendly environment throughout my stay.

More comfortable seating options would be beneficial.
